Dalton was great with my son through the process of making his AFO braces. However- when I went to call to pay for them with my care credit card, the lady hurried and answered and interrupted me speaking fast “saying she was putting me on hold.” Then I was put on hold twice all to tell me I had to physically come in to pay. I stated what I was needing to do and the ladies at the desk still put me on a long hold just to tell me I had to physically come in. The whole situation was handled poorly. Does not take anthem Medicaid an states online it does.
Went to get fitted for a drop foot brace and Dalton was awesome. Made u feel comfortable and explained everything and answered all my questions. The thing that i appreciated the most was not being treated like i had a disability but a normal person. That meant alot. Thank u Dalton
Dalton is the best! Takes care of my orthopedic shoes and inserts each year. Great young man that knows what he's doing 👏🏻
