Everyone was friendly,knowledgeable and efficient!
Arrived at 10:20 for 10:30 appointment, waited until 11:10 to get called, went into room and did a couple eye tests. Then had to wait 8 minutes for a pressure test, then waited 10 minutes for the bigger room. Then waited 11 minutes for the Dr. walked out the door at 12:15. This seemed like it should have been done within 30 minutes but ended up being over 90. Not what I was expecting based on my past experiences.
My husband was diagnosed with Acute Papilledema while we were on the road in Texas. We were told it was urgent and he should not wait until getting home to address it. He had an MRI done there which we immediately sent to UW health Dr Chen. It is now a month later and we still have not seen her, still do not have results. She had him come in for a test on Monday and we were told she would be looking at it that day and we would hear from the clinic by next day. It is now Thursday and still nothing. Knowledge, helpful, pleasant. Her staff is amazing as well. My condition is complex and she's doing the best she can. It's difficult to find a good doctor. I travel 2 hours and I'm okay with that.
