Dr Kostina was so pleasant and professional. So glad she did my cataract surgery. The whole staff at her Waterbury and Southbury offices were very nice yet professional.
When I brought the glasses with the prescription she had given me back, because I could not see well through them she refused to see me because "I had given you a prescription". She is not honest to admit her prescription may not have been accurate, & refused to recheck it. Never will I recommend her. When she cannot consider making a mistake, she doesn't deserve patients. How can a doctor be so high & mighty?
