I went to Dr. Xu after a traumatic personal event, and she was wonderful! Very professional and knowledgeable, as well as caring and empathetic. She patiently listened during our sessions, and provided therapy, guidance, and support to help me get through it all. She prescribed medication which helped greatly, and she carefully explained all the possible side effects. The service I received from admin is bad - the admin is not responding either to my email or the text message. And Dr Yang Xu is late for my appointment almost every time. The medicine that was given to me is not working but shows some side effect as well. They did not show any empathy to a patient. Very terrible service. Please consider twice if you are seeking help
