Massage was mediocre. Mostly being rubbed over and over again with cold lotion, especially in parts of my body where I asked to focus on. The room is in the back of a barber shop so it’s not a quiet or relaxing set up. My massage ended earlier than the time I paid for. At the end I was told Venmo or Cash only. I was never informed that when I made the appointment over the phone. Masseuse was not friendly or kind. 5 stars for customer service! I called and it went to voicemail. I left a voicemail and minutes later Susan called me back! I was unable to pick up so they texted me and asked how they could accommodate my needs. I have never experienced such great customer service! I did not go with her this time due to scheduling, but on customer service alone it's 5 ⭐

susan is absolutely amazing. easily the best massage i've had in san diego. she is super strong and gives the best amount of pressure, and i like firm, deep masssages. not to mention she is so personable and sweet as well! i'll definitely be back
So this place was an experiment but I am glad I went. Susan was very nice, inviting and made me feel welcomed. She really knows the body, was studying it. sharing observations (which I concurred) and applying treatment as prescribed. Susan was using tools, hands, elbows and doing things to me and my body I was not expecting! I have never felt this way after a massage and the release was phenomenal.
