I could not be more pleased with my entire experience from start to finish. I had an existing setting upgraded with a new stone and prongs repaired. They also resized a solid band with diamonds embedded in it. They made me feel like a rockstar from start to finish. Being able to view and select the perfect stone was quite the experience.
