There have been two occasions in my lifetime where I have found myself in need of a personal injury attorney. In 2005 my wife was rear ended by an elderly, uninsured lady traveling at a high rate of speed causing my wife’s car to roll over, resulting in numerous serious injuries to her. Almost a year and a half after settling a case out of court I am still receiving medical bills totaling thousands of dollars....Bills that the law firm assured me they had and/or would pay...
