This Law firm is the best! Everyone is very knowledgeable and personable. Tom Wadley handled most of my case and I can’t say enough about him. He really works hard for you to get what you deserve. You can tell he knows what he is doing and he doesn’t mess around with the insurance company. The paralegal Susan was great too. She returns calls and emails promptly and answers all the questions you have. If you go with anyone else you’re making the wrong decision.

A few years ago while in college, I was rear ended and eventually stuck with about $2,000 in medical bills. (I used a different lawyer throughout the whole process who came up with this final figure) I went down to this office and they spent time with me, took notes, asked questions and promised me help without asking for a dime. I have never had to hire a attorney, but when I was in my car accident. I was really confused what to do and a friend of mine told me to call a attorney and actually her husband called Joel Yanchuck for me. This Law Firm exceeded every expectation that I had for a Law Firm. I started off hiring Morgan & Morgan thinking big name mean big $$ for my injuries. This was not the case at all, I never even got a chance to speak to my Lawyer at all. After a referral from a friend they said call Joel Berman they are awesome. Wow, so much to say about the wonderful staff that works here. They have been nothing but amazing, especially my attoney Tom Wadley. Tom was always available, no matter what time it was, he would always answer my calls and questions. He made this process so much easier and provided me with updates as soon as he had any. I am so thankful for everything he has done and all of his hard work. I highly recommend him and everybody else here. They work so hard and care about their clients. I walked into Yanchuck Berman Wadley Thomas & Berman office in pain and quite uncomfortable with the idea of a possible litigation. Tom Wadley was my attorney.
