I had a bad experience with their U-haul services. I reserved a trailer on a Tuesday to use on Saturday. Saturday, I show up to pick it up and there was just a lady in the office. She said the trailer was there but no one to help me hook it up. She confirmed she had seen my reservation and said she didn't understand why U-haul let me make it, since there was no one there Saturday. Blasted four wheels and my seat frames in the same day for a reasonable price. Glad to have this business in my neighborhood.
The shop is in the back. Right side. It's not the Uhaul office in front. He does good work at a fair price. He's cleaned up a claw foot tub for me. And several other projects throughout the years.
Terrible couldn't find anyone then the prices were pathetically High so I left.
