I recently received service on a 20 yesterday old commercial unit with a caterpillar engine at Yancey Bros. In Pooler GA. The service manager Mr. Dallas Berry has grown in his leader ship of supervisor of his responsibilities of maintenance & employees dedication to customers. Quick service and very helpful.
I have bought several pieces of cat equipment. I was in ga on storm cleanup and needed another machine contacted these guys and dealt with Tyler. Terrible service with 0 communication. Not only did he up the price twice trying to slide an extra $5000 on the price he tried doubling the rate as well. I strongly don’t reccomend using them I ended up buying from my local dealer and having a machine shippped. At half the APR rate be cautious.
