Very friendly and helpful
Service Yancey CAT driver was very impatient and reckless driving. Drove off the road to get around a line of cars and in doing so splashed mud and sand all over my car. If it is reflective of this company i would not use them. Truck number was 0156. Plate number P6487B 12/9/24 at 500pm.
By far the most awful experience ever .. nobody on the office end of things ,knew what they were doing, the ladies are not knowledgeable or organized . Getting a tech out for a warranty service repair on a brand new cat engine has been a 2 day ordeal and still have no tech ...
