The office receptionist was the absolute WORST!! Doctor Yana, Horrendous! I only stayed a patient because they took my ins. & I could walk around to the office. The only person worth their salt..was Kelly!! She was the absolute BEST & probably what kept me at this office for over 25 YEARS! Kelly is awesome!! Yana, could CARE LESS about me or anyone else. 🤷♀️ her office staff sucks as much as she does. Got a letter the day after Christmas, the office I’ve gone to for 25 yrs. Is closing. Horrible doctor. They all closed the office suddenly and moved to other offices. She goes to Russia and leaves me high and dry without my medication and then has the nerve to shut off my chart without apologizing to me. They canceled two of my appointments in November before they were leaving. Fortunately, one of my amazing doctors did give me my prescription with a refill. My mother and son and daughter did not like her and I stayed with her for almost 20 years and this is what I get. She gets 0 stars
She is the worst doctor ever.
