Front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be changing PCP office and urge others to do the same. Very disappointing.
Our office has been trying to coordinate TB testing for two mutual patients, as these tests are required for them to continue attending their Adult Day Health program. If there’s a choice for zero star, I will definitely rate this clinic and doctor ZERO. I insisted all the time that I want to do an annually body check which is covered by my insurance. However, I still received a bill after my appointment. The doctor didn’t disclose that she was doing an extra service that I didn’t ask for. When having my consultation with Dr. Tan, she was not very friendly or welcoming when she came into the room or the entirety of the appointment. During the consultation, she kept interrupting me when I was trying to speak, and when addressing health concerns, her response was "What do you want me to do about it?" or "Talk to another doctor about that concern." Understandably, she does not address ALL health concerns, but the fact that she didn't seem to care AT ALL was not the best feeling. I will be changing my PCP soon.
