If there’s a choice for zero star, I will definitely rate this clinic and doctor ZERO. I insisted all the time that I want to do an annually body check which is covered by my insurance. However, I still received a bill after my appointment. The doctor didn’t disclose that she was doing an extra service that I didn’t ask for. When having my consultation with Dr. Tan, she was not very friendly or welcoming when she came into the room or the entirety of the appointment. During the consultation, she kept interrupting me when I was trying to speak, and when addressing health concerns, her response was "What do you want me to do about it?" or "Talk to another doctor about that concern." Understandably, she does not address ALL health concerns, but the fact that she didn't seem to care AT ALL was not the best feeling. I will be changing my PCP soon.
When I need a refill on my allopurinol, a medication I took everyday for more than three years. I call her office and was informed that I have to scheduled a virtual meet with her. The virtual meeting was about 5 minutes. Later I received a bill for 295 dollars. Be careful about this Doctor, she ordered a bunch of tests including HIV, STD without having my consent at all. Anything you need from this doctor, you will need a virtual visit, and you will pay for it.
Fantastic doctor. She listens, wants to help, and offers actual solutions. Great support staff, the best vaccination experience I've had to date. I hope she will be my PCP as long as possible, she's been the best doctor I've had.
