This agency has been very useful for my recent car repair job.
By far the WORST customer experience I’ve ever had. Whoever is in charge of phones must know these calls don’t get audited. Not sure how someone could tell a customer it’s “ not okay to call her twice about the same thing”. Had these agents been trained right and not give contradicting definitions of what a “declaration” page is to my family maybe I wouldn’t have been confused to call at all??? Not to mention the attitude and random lecture as if I were a child for not knowing what they are paid to know themselves… Indeed is... read more
