After the office rescheduled twice (both times I was told the very day of the appointment, both times this was due to the doctor having a "family emergency"). My third appointment was scheduled for 10:30, I arrive at the office at 10:15, then wait in line for 10 mins to sign in. A ver4y fine and competent and patient doctor.
Dr. Lanchoney is very personable and professional. He knew allabout the latest medical advancements. I knew that he would give me effective, up-to-date treatment options. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. He was very responsive to any of my questions and concerns. The staff were also very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. It was very easy for me to get an appointment.
