Charged me copay for filling 3 cavities insisting on cash. and failed to tell me they only filled 2 cavities. and that I had to come back. (Cigna does not charge co-pay for front cavities) I call this fraud. I was charged $175.00 on 7-2-2014 and it has not been refunded as of 9-29-2014. All I can get are excuses. I would give it -3 stars if I could. Did not do a cleaning on 6 month check-up. did not tell me how many cavities until they collected co-pay.
