Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? No, they made everyone sit together Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me.
