I just want to say that I have nothing but praise and respect for yamber real estate team of Marilyn and Tricia. They have gone out of their way to make sure to make life easier. The maintenance staff is always polite and gets things done in a timely manner. You couldn't ask for a more professional staff and wouldn't hesitate to give them a high score if asked. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I have rented from Yamber for over 5 years now. I have nothing but great things to say about Marilyn and Tricia! I haven't had many issues with my condo but if something did arise, they were so prompt in getting the issue resolved. Marilyn has been nothing short of wonderful to my family and I. I’ve been renting the same apartment in Sycamore for about 7 years now. Marilyn and Tricia have really impressed me the last couple years! Whenever something is in need of repair Tricia is constantly communicating with us tenants (what’s broken/when someone will come to fix it/when it’s fixed)! They also have made several improvements to the building. Marilyn is fair, honest, professional, and respectful. Tricia is kind, communicative, a joy to talk to, and prompt. I really do enjoy renting from Yamber Real Estate.
