We have been going to Yamato's annually for the last fifteen years and we don't know if you have new owners/managers or what the problem is. We felt like we had to hurry up and eat and the employees cleaning nearby tables acted like complete idiots rushing around and throwing things making all kinds of noise. Our waitress asked about to go containers about 5 minutes after I received my meat and she literally took my wife's sauce containers and put them on a dirty plate while she was still eating.
