Dr. Jan Yamashiro changed my life! No joke. I came here in 2021 as an adult with a very messy situation that required years of ortho, two separate jaw surgeries - the second of which was a real doozy - and some other fun stuff too. We had an emergency situation when my nephew broke his braces while visiting for summer. Dr Yamashiro and her staff not only scheduled us promptly but took great care of fixing the broken braces although she was not the one who did the original work. Very kind and helpful team.
I just wanted to say I have had a great experience with Dr Jan and her team. I started Invisalign treatment with them a year ago, and they have been nothing short of professional, instructive, and accommodating throughout my treatment. Even when there was a slight hiccup over my insurance, Dr Jan's team went out of their way to communicate with my insurance and provide solutions on a go-forward basis.
