Amazing experiences every time, they are the #1 Powersports dealer in the valley (and we've been to 90% of them). Overall great experience didn't leave with a bike but it's ok they were more than welcoming and had answers for all my questions, if you're looking for leisure vehicles this is where I recommend you go. Make sure you bring your 700+ credit score with you tho lol
I have been treated like absolute royalty at Factory Power Sports since my very first visit.The entire team treats me like a princess every time I walk through the door. They do not just service my MT-07; they take the time to teach me about my bike and help me understand how it works. David and Steve worked with me to get me exactly the bike I wanted--even though they didn't have it on the floor. They were able to work with another one of their locations in Utah to get it transported so I could have the exact color and suspension options I wanted. Great people to work with and I would buy from them again.
