Worked with Steve and David to get my Tenere, super easy to work with, not pushy, was able to negotiate before I even showed up in the store. Both were personable, answered questions and weren't even annoyed that my kids were all over the place. Would highly recommend and would definitely consider buying my next bike there.
We had an excellent experience with Factory Powersports from start to finish. David in sales was fantastic to work with, and Steve, the sales manager, was equally helpful and accommodating throughout the process.
