Excellent work. Phoenix and the staff were very helpful Getting my magneto and steering rack replaced. Great communication and kept me informed about the process the entire time. There was a little hiccup getting the parts from the factory and they made sure to stay on the problem to get me rolling again.
State of the art facility. David and Steve were simple to do business with. Before going down, they gave me a total cost with machine and all the fees, In-N-Out and a half an hour. Thanks for a great deal
Took my 2013 Yz250 in for a rattling noise diagnosis, the team looked through the bike and rode it many times and said they didn't hear any noises but I noticed the same noise immediately on my first ride back on it. If the internals look good like they said, I don't really mind, the price wasnt bad at all. but it still is a bit weird, was hoping for a bit more peace of mind either not hearing the sound or knowing what it is.
They make it real fast and easy to any purchase definitely recommend speaking with Matt-David-Steve
I want to give credit when credit is due and let everyone know the amazing experience I had at Factory Powersports. I was shopping around for a great deal on a Yamaha R7 and after getting pushed out the door at RideNow with their ridiculous inflated fees.
