I brought my motorcycle in for an oil change and inspection. Unfortunately, the rear tire failed inspection so I decided to replace the front tire as well. While the Warhorse team originally did not get back to me in a timely manner, when I called, they were transparent and explained that there was a staffing issue which led to me not getting a timely response. Great service. Just a mid-level BMW service with state inspection but it was done correctly and in a short time. The service guys, Tyler and AJ were great and I feel like Warhorse is my go-to service dealership.
The Warhorse Camp Hill staff are incredible! I can’t say enough good things about Justin, Somer, & Seth. They really went above & beyond. I’m a brand new rider fresh out of my msf course, so I was a bit intimidated to get my first bike. But they were super knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. 10/10 experience! Highly recommend
Best place to buy a real toy. From owners to salespeople, the likes of Lue are all very professional and knowledgeable. I am a regular here. The service shop is very decently priced. You won't get ripped off here.. Ed is the service manager.He makes sure you get charged for exactly what is needed to be done on your motorcycle. Tyler on service desk helped me getting my bike in early in the morning and I was out of the shop with in 30 mins after inspection and first service spanner removal on my triumph.
