Although almost ALL kitchens for Asian kitchens are filthy - this one was more than filthy. Go to the dpr website for the state of fla and you will see all the violations they had. Oh the DPR website is the Dept of Professional Regulation and restaurants are inspected by them. Hotels and hair and nail salons too. I work there :)
