I experienced a toothache and had to come in quickly.. Dr.Yams office was accomadating, clean and understanding! All the staff is very friendly and professional! Especially love my interactions with Rachel at the front desk. Big shout out and thank you to Dr.Trevor in making me feel comfortable and welcomed today!
Best dentist ever! Ladies in the office are always very kind and understanding! i have been to several dentists and dr yam has had to repair their work several times I drive 3 hours from my home near kingston to get work done by dr yam. I called today to have an emergency appointment and they got me in next day best dentist around! Dr yam gets things done and fixed before they become an issue unlike other dentists I have been to. Hands down best dentist and services!
As someone who's lived with Murphys law when it comes to my teeth. I cannot express my relief after getting my root canal done. I've lost so many teeth from issues after having a dentist do work. I can say with full confidence this time has been astronomically different. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The kindness, the understanding, the professionalism. Thank you so much, you've made me a little less terrified of dentists.
I have been going here for a couple of years and I am always happy with their level of service and customer service. I had an urgent issue with my retainer and they were able to squeeze me in the same day.
My husband was a patient here 2 years ago and was told he had 9 cavities. We’ve since switched our dentist and he was told he has 0. Not sure how 9 cavities gets mistaken? Needless to say we are happy we made the switch.
