Dr. New is friendly and does an thorough exam. He caught cancerous spot on my skin, took a biopsy, and the cancer was successfully removed at the early stages. Another spot was frozen at early stages, I am impressed with his personal manners and thorough exams.
Over a year, Odum failed to refer the pt to a Dermatologist to address a skin tumor on the head, citing that it was ONLY a cyst, and it is normal for it to swell and go down. The tumor grew to the size of a ping pong ball, split open, drained, and had a foul smell. Odum saw this tumor multiple times. When forced to refer the pt, Odum failed to get an appt. with Derm until Jan 2025. Again, forced by family, Odum sent pt to a surgeon. Biopsy showed cancer. Family removed pt from Odum's care.
