Wait time is nothing to brag about. However, Dr. Yallourakis has been great! If you are looking for a doctor who will ask about your family and give you a hug, he is not for you. He is cordial however, and always friendly to me. He is very professional. He is intelligent and knows his stuff. He performed a sinus lift and extraction. It went fantastic. Then he performed an implant. No problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend Dr. Yallourakis.

To begin with, I'm a difficult patient. Seriously, I.Am.Difficult. To start with, I'm a 20% coward, 20% hypochondriac, and 70% just plain introvert (I'm also horrible at math). Dr. Yallourakis and his staff were lovely and incredibly patient with me.My scale of going to the dentist is from 1 to 'bring a tractor and chains 'cause you're gonna have to drag me there'. Very thorough and explain everything well. Staff is great. Sometimes I had to wait long, but there were times I didn't. When I needed to see him post op, I got in right away.

I entrusted Dr. Yallourakis to extract two jaw teeth in March 2023. After the extractions, I learned that I had sustained Permanent Nerve Damage and A Raging Infection! After which, Dr. Yallourakis transferred my care to another doctor in Knoxville, TN. My experience with Dr. Yallourakis has been Disabling, Required Hospitalization, Multiple Surgeries, Required Prolonged Antibiotic Therapy for Osteomyelitis and May Require Future Surgeries as well!

I waited for nearly three hours after my scheduled appointment to be seen. The office easily could have called to notify me of the expected delay but I left work early instead to make my scheduled appointment.

part 2) Also I want to point out that he was rude when saying what he said. I knew I needed to pay for the first visit. I waited another hour and thought I was going to have to walk out because i was going to be late to pick my kid up from daycare. i thank they herd me talking to my husband complaining about what has happened so far. they Finnish up and send me to pay my bill. when i go to pay they get me to pay first for this visit. then tell me that he wont file with my insurance. Dr.Yallourakis and team are 100% professional . I have been in the Medical field since 1995 and know “IT” when I’m around it. Two implants done without complications have left me very grateful for the recommendation from my dentist . He is a no nonsense, direct and talented Oral Surgeon.
