I got takeout from Yalla while on the road. It was amazing! I'm a big fan of Lebanese food, so I was very excited to try a wrap containing hummus, tabbouli, baba ghannouj, and feta cheese (called the Veggie Wrap). It did not disappoint! What a great blend of flavors. The fries the wrap came with were a perfect complement. I also had a rosewater lemonade, which was delicious. The wrap was huge and I couldn't finish it, and the reamainder made an excellent lunch the next day. So good!
Middle Eastern food is one of those things that when I crave it, I want it now. And I’ll search and search for a menu that covers all the bases, from small plates to full meals, because who knows? I might walk in wanting a shawarma, but if something else piques my interest, that’s what I’m getting. Yalla Mediterranean Grill is that kind of place.
