I rented here for two and a half years. My unit was $50 more expensive per month because the kitchen was "remodeled". Which is ironic because the cabinet doors were already falling off as soon as I got in there. Also the sink in the kitchen and bathroom were still clogged. Parking is ridiculous at $50 a month for a spot with no covering or garage. Not bad at all, it's a good deal for being close to the univeristy. Management is responsive and kind.
Not worthy the price— you pay all the utilities -trash,water, heat,parking(outdoor for the price of garage) and must have rental insurance. The apartments is too small and the building not very clean either.Laundry too didnt look that great.
I have enjoyed my time at this apartment.The Manager and Assistant Manager are very responsive (when you email or call they reply prompt), it is an older apartment but it is well maintained and clean. It is very close to restaurants, attractions and great transit links (bus lines and light rail). It is also very quiet and chill no hot-messes or busybodies here. It is in the very desirable Prospect Park neighborhood.
