I truly had an emergency situation in January 2013. I would not have made it to the hospital to deliver my baby and if the staff hadn't worked so quickly and efficiently I would have had my baby in the parking lot. This is not something they do on a day to day basis and still today I think I'm the only person ever to deliver a baby here but they took great care of me and my new baby I couldn't have asked for better care. Brought my mom here a few times with dehydration. She was treated well & the staff is amazing.
Took my 81 year old father in for an active bleeding hand. Waited over 2 hours. Watched as they called back patient after patient half my father's age with no visible problem. Staff were like zombies. No one could help. The only response we got was that if we left we would still get a bill. When the clock hit 12:15 am my father had had enough and we left.
From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave you are given excellent care. It is an hour drive from my home, but so worth it. My husband and I have each had surgery there. I would recommend to anyone and return if needed.
