My grandson had surgery November 10,2016 and they were wonderful before and after. We were getting ready to leave and I wasn't too pleased with the nurse while asking her questions of what to do while at home all she said was it's in your paperwork (firmly). I like to ask questions and go over everything before I leave in case I don't understand something. Just a little more empathy would have been nice. Other than that everyone else was very caring!

It was when I found out that I was going to have a cesarean birth that I realized not everything was going to go according to plan. My daughter was admitted to the children's hospital for an overnight EEG monitoring test. We were treated with genuine care by the staff and the accommodations were beyond my expectations; clean, bright and warm. Throughout our stay the physicians and nurses made my daughter feel safe and comfortable.

I've been here for the past 3 days with my Daughter and her Husband on the Labor & Birth Floor. The staff here is so friendly and patient. They give you options to help make decisions in your care. Yale staff keeps you comfortable as they work on a well thought out treatment plan for your hospital stay. I am very happy with the care my Daughter and Grand Daughter are receiving.

Yale is where I was born and everyone of my siblings and nieces and my daughter and baby boy except for my son and so far they been here and still standing!!
