They took very good care of my granddaughter and her mom
My son has special needs and my experience was very good he went to a sleep study and the nurse was so patient and very respectful and the attention was so professional. I will absolutely recommend the hospital. My family is very thankful with the quality of the service.

I have to say they attended my grandson really fast he was running a very high fever and they admitted him so they could montior his fever he ended up having a virus that was kicking his butt poor thing, but his doing much better,,,thanks yale children emergency room

Our pediatrician sent my 18 month old son to yale pediatric emergency immediately after he had toppled off the couch and hit his head and had started puking a few hours later. I was terrified he had a concussion but it turned out he had an unrelated bug. They treated us very well and were very prompt getting him into triage and into a room. The volunteers came back and took my 4 year old to the toy closet so she would have something to play with. The doctors and nurses were awesome and I felt so reassured by them. Never again will I go to Yale. They didn't know what to do. Left with no diagnose and the lady couldn't even take my daughter's blood putting the needle up down left right. On both arms. Through out the time there about 5 hours they paged a nurse or doctor to room 12 our room 3 times due to blood pressure dropping and vomiting. After I cleaned my daughter up still not one person came. I opened the door to see nurses just standing there doing nothing arms crossed leaning on counter. I asked if anyone is going to come to the 3... read more
