I took our son to the Yale Childrens Hospital on Saturday with low expectations of the experience. We were IMMEDIATELY taken in and triaged (thankful there was no one in the waiting room at the time we arrived). We were whisked towards a private room when by son had a huge bout of anxiety making him unconsolable. Fear is a powerful thing. The ER doctor immediately attended to his needs, understood and had compassion for his anxiety and treated him for that so we could move on to the real reason we were there. The Staff was top notch and very warm and aware of the sensible state of mind of the family. Everyone from the valet parking, pre-op admission host to the doctors and all the staff were very professional and responsible with the process at task.
Thank you to the awesome team In the ER for tending to my daughter in such an amazing manor in such a scary situation! To the amazing doctors that saved my grandaughter thank you from the bottom of my heart! To all the amazing nurses on the maternity ward god bless you! You are amazing everyone of you!!! To the staff in Nicu I can't say enough about you for what you do on a daily basis it takes a special type of person to do what you do!! We love you all Sincerely the Pagano family!!!
