TLDR: Incorrect test results, repeated visits, unnecessary cost. My school required me to take blood test for things like mumps, rubella, TB etc and they pointed me to this clinic. The same day I had drunk coffee right before it happened, so I called the clinic and verify if it might interfere with the results. They reassured me that everything would be alright. The business hours state open until six so I got there as fast as I could after work. Arrived at 5:23 PM. Office was closed. Lights were out and sign on door. Red closes at 5:30. It’s still a mystery as to when they close. Make sure you get there two hours before hand!
Clean, welcome and environment. Waiting room was open with plenty of seating and literature for reading. Was seen within 5 minutes of talking to reception area and sitting
Luz was so kind and gentle. I have the biggest fear of needles and she had me smiling the whole time.
