I took the recommendation from a friend to use Roger to probate my brother's estate. I really wish I would have read some reviews before doing it as I was somewhat in a rush to get the process going, as I would not have engaged him. After spending significant money and wasting a year, absolutely nothing was accomplished on my brother's estate except for hiring more help to verify that is kids are his kids. Absolutely nothing else was accomplished on this case after a year and wasting significant money.
What's even more frustrating is I asked Roger to simply dismiss the case as I had no desire to continue the effort after wasting a year and my money, but more importantly just having this tension in the family. I did express considerable frustration to Roger about this. Instead of following through on a client request and upholding professional standards, Roger instead decided to file a motion to remove himself from the case so he no longer had to deal with it. So not only did he not really accomplish anything tangible after a year and collecting all the fees from me, he decided to cowardly back out of it instead of simply filing a motion to dismiss and wrap up the case. As a result, I now have to deal directly with the court to get this resolved and possibly hire another lawyer to get this case dismissed.
I have been in professional services all my life and have never seen such a pathetic move by another supposed professional. I would highly, highly recommend you do your research before looking to engage Roger - don't take a recommendation from someone. Make sure he really is going to execute on the work he promises as he is quite expensive and the monthly bills stack up quickly.

Roger and his entire staff did a wonderful job representing my daughter in a child custody dispute. They are very professional and results motivated!! They really do care, I saw a comment saying Mr. Yale is rude, no he is not, he is practical and his focus is on facts. He keeps conversations short, and to the point (saving you money, another attorney may listen to you cry for several hundred an hour). Without his experience and abilities I would most likely but a very sad person. Thank you Roger, Brandi, and Jane, you are the best!!!

I am currently working with Mr. Yale on my custody case and I am very pleased with everything he has offered me. To anyone that has had a negitive experience I say "You can not please everyone." I will refer him to any in my situation.

Roger Yale defends me and the best intrest of my children in a custody case. I have been to family court more than once and Roger has always been there. I can call Roger anytime day or night. I truely feel that my children and I are protected with Rogers help. Roger insists that I always do the right thing and to do whats best for the kids. If you are a bad parent and dont deserve your kids, do not ask Roger to represent you. Roger is a great person as well as a great attorney. The kids father and his attorney thought they had a great case. Roger went to court, stated the facts, and did it all in a very professional manner. We blew the other party out of the water. Roger goes only by facts and not by emotions or hearsay. Roger, all I have to say is that I can not thank you enough. You are so impressive that my Uncle who is a County Judge and he is also so impressed he would like to meet you!

I was very suprised that when both parties were ready to mediate, he stalled the process. Allowing the children to go even longer without seeing one of their parents. Certainly not in the best interest of the children. So sad. So shameful. Children go through enough in these horrible situations...why would an attorney prolong mediation when everyone, including his on CLIENT, are ready to mediate? To benefit himself? Because it is certainly not in the best interest of the children to stall any process of reuniting the children with their parent. So sad!

Roger Yale has been an amazing attorney. He has been there for me day and night anytime that I have needed him. He has always taken the time to listen to my concerns.Roger has worked diligently to protect my children and myself. I feel that he has gone above and beyond what is required to ensure that my childrens best interest is defended.It is a shame that malicious comments can be submitted just because an individual is unhappy with the way that their attourney is handling a case. Mr. Yale is always willing to mediate.

I would just like all to know that this is the rudest man Ive ever encounted professionally. He does not listen before jumping to conclusions and cutting a person off. Not to mention that he is absolutely lazy. There are many attorneys out there. Id advise you to go elsewhere.
