I've been living at MAA Greater Heights for just about 6 months and my experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The office staff is so friendly and maintenance requests get resolved the same day. Today, I was carrying a lot of items and stopped by the front desk to return someone’s mail that had been placed in my mailbox by mistake. Best apartment complex ever! I lived at MAA Greater Heights (formerly Yale at 6th) for about two years and loved every minute of it. The office staff was always helpful and quick to respond. They addressed any and all questions I had, made my transition moving in/out of the complex worry free, and always had a smile on their faces.
