One of the worst dental clinics I have been too. Charged me $600 to look in my mouth and not help me. Wanted to refer me out and not give me any options. I do not understand why they are charging me $200 after my insurance covered the cost. Do not go there if you want a dentist that you actually talk to you and not look down on you. Read what your dental records states after you leave her office. I seemed like she was only there to collect a paycheck and not care about her patients.
The office staff are very professional and personal. They make you feel comfortable whenever you come in. Very special at all times. They aim to please .
false billing practices and sending them to collections when their are no balances owed in the process of suing the collection agency they referred it to 2 times i have turned the collection agency they used into bbb and attorney general offices they were a good dentist office intill they changed over obviously they don't know how to do their jobs truthfully with trying to overcharge and put in the wrong persons name
Hello everyone, I had a deep cleaning done yesterday at this dental office.. Worst service ever the front desk lady Lupe never explained to me that I was only going half of my teeth cleaned! I got charged $490 just to get half of my teeth cleaned and was told I would need to come back another day to get the other half done but wait it get worse I need to pay another $490 to get the other half cleaned! $980 just for a deep cleaning this is Ridiculous! Would not recommend this dental clinic to anyone!!
I love the entire staff of Yakima Smiles from Penny in the front to my hygienist, Becky. I got to meet Dr. Nathe's replacement, Dr Serwan, and I look forward to being under his care and wish Dr. Nathe congratulations on his retirement! I am now updating this review as it has been a year under the new management. I am in process as finding new dentist as not 1, not 2, but now 3 fillings have fallen out in the matter of 4 months. All excited to do all my fillings but the quality sucks. Run away run away.
