My family is so thankful for Dr. Tercero and staff. Long story short, we had an urgent situation and my child couldn't be seen by the Dr her Pediatrician referred her to for about 2 weeks. I called Yakima Pediatric Dentistry as we are patients here and they were able to see AND ELIMINATE the issue the NEXT DAY! My children have all been treated here and we have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS or concerns what so ever. This office and Dr come HIGHLY recommended by our family. Loved this place from the minute we walked in for our initial visit. My daughter had her surgery yesterday, at her request we went in early. EVERY staff member there was so warm and friendly. Thank you to EVERYONE in there! I have no doubt that we will have no problems coming for future visits!! <3 (She has requested this BE her new regular Dentist and not just for the surgery!)
From the minute we (my grandson Milo & me) arrived we felt warm & welcomed. The check in desk staff were friendly & efficient. The dental assistant worked VERY well with little Milo & was able to get him to cooperate with everything she needed to do. Dr. Ashley was amazing, gentle & friendly yet very professional. THIS is the place to go with your little ones! <3
I love this place, and so do my kids. Dr. Ashley is amazing, and the staff is so friendly.
