RecommendedHad them come out for a service call. They came out quick, were very friendly and very reasonably priced.
I had an emergency sewer clog at 5:30 on a Friday evening. Yagers had been there 2 months ago for the same issue. I called their 24 hour service number and was told that they couldn't help me because tomorrow was Saturday and all the guys were going hunting, so no one would answer the phone to come in tonight. Plus I was told it was a two man job and how expensive it would be, and that I'd need to call someone else. Great customer service ,timely and honest
We called about a shower leak. Three guys showed up at 1130, spent 45 minutes here, rushing to get to lunch, and left at 1215 with the shower still leaking, which was known to them as they gave instructions to my husband on how to fix it himself. Two days later we recieved a bill in the mail for two hours worth of labor, I called to Express that I felt that was an unfair amount considering they left with the problem unresolved and only spent 45 minutes here.
