I didn't have a doctor or insurance at the time but was having rib pain so was recommended by a family member to see one of their doctors... when I called, I got an appt with one of the orthopedic physician assistants a few days after calling, his name is Karim Wahib. Best Medical Practice in New York Office is usually as busy as Bloomingdale's on Saturday afternoon, but the quality of care, the human concern, and the problem solving efficiency and sense of urgency and follow-up are second to none. Dr Yaffe's talents in his profession are world class, as is his network of specialists to solve specific issues. In my opinion, Yaffe/Ruden is one of, if not the best practices in the city of New York...and that's quite an accomplishment.
Dr. Yaffe was my PCP I was a former patient at Dr. Yaffe's office. The doctor's office is too big for my taste. The waiting area is nice, with a computer to check the web and plenty of magazines to help pass the waiting time. It was not that easy to get appointments, especially for the first physical check-up. the finest is NY Their office is the best in NY. No finer drs or more caring practioners exist. You might wait, but they make it comfortable for you. I've been with them for 20 years, and no matter how busy they are, I know they truly care about my well being.
They will see you same day!! Yaffe, ruden & Associates are a spectacular group of caring doctors who are very knowledgable and up-to-date! The waiting area is very bright and airy and is such a nice touch when you're feeling miserable. They have a MAC computer set up for your surfing enjoyment while you wait and it passes the time very quickly! Mixed Experiences I have had mixed experiences. Some visits are very personal and detailed, especially with Dr. Braunstein. Other times I would wait for an extended period of time to only been seen by an assistant for 30 seconds before leaving. I will continue to visit this office unless things deteriorate more.
