Made an appointment for a vanity and toilet to be put in as they said they could. Got here plumber says no we don’t do that. No apologies were made. Waited a month for them to come. Even confirmed that a vanity was being installed. This company is clueless and unprofessional!
RecommendedStressed out about the water leak that I could not stop, I contacted Yaeger's Plumbing in Roseburg, Oregon in hope of them being available to respond quickly. Office staff's sympathy with my dilemma as well as their comforting words helped put me at ease. Because of my concern for rain in the forecast on the day Yaeger's was scheduled to arrive which could compromise the repair of the copper piping inside of the water meter vault, they opted to come a day early. Very Happy Campers: We had extremely low water flow at our house. The Roseburg Water people came out and identified that it was an ancient and non-functional water regulator. We left a message with Yeager's and they not only called back the same day but managed to get out and replace the regulator and two flow valves -- on the same day. We're happy campers and they are consummate professionals!
These guys are/were so responsive, communicative, and thorough when it came to my brother's adult foster care home "springing a leak" in the driveway causing a small stream down it... Family owned and operated with some of the best all around service and work ethic I've seen.

Wanna give a big shout out to Yaeger’s Plumbing they went above and beyond to get my new water heater put in when my old one was leaking! There customer service is excellent!!! Would recommend them to anyone...
I'm a bit behind on writing this review of Yaeger's Plumbing in Roseburg, Oregon. I initiated a disaster last weekend when trying to change out a rusted washing machine cold water line. The line broke and high pressure water was flooding me, the laundry room, kitchen, and maser bedroom. I didn't have the tool to shut off the main, but being an engineer, I managed to work a temp solution that slowed the flood. Everytime we call (which feels like often) we get the best service. These are folks you can trust. The job is always done right . I don't know how we can ever thank Yaegers enough for all the great work they do for us and the community.
Their service is 2nd to none. Great people, Great business. Simply the best.
