DONT GO!!! We recently took our cat to this vet, needless to say we wont be back..ever. We took him here because it was the only vet not double booked and he needed to be seen, he was anemic and lost a lot of weight. The Staff was extremely rude, snatching up our cat to put him on oxygen as soon as we got him in the examination room. They insisted they keep him over night in an oxygen kennel (200 dollars). We trusted them and let them keep him over night, when we called in to check on him and we found out he had leukemia. He... read more
Rude Office Manager I recently called and asked for assistance from the staff. May I say that I have never written a bad review on anyone but this staff was extremely unfriendly and not very helpful. I know several veterinarians and their staff members and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I DO NOT see how they have any clients at this practice. A very unpleasant office manager if I say so myself.
DONE!! I went to Dr Holt in 2003 on two different occasions and hated my experience with the front end staff, very rude. Condescending. I moved out of the area and moved back recently and decided to give them another chance. well, I should have stuck with my first instinct. I remembering him being a fabulous Dr, but I will never have the chance to experience this again becasue he has a rude female that gives him a bad representation in the front. When I talk to others in the town about this I KNOW I am not alone!!!
great service I have never met a more compassionate vet other than Dr. Holt. I have a brindle pit that had contracted parvo thru a snack bone that was bought at a near by pet store and when we finally found somewhere we could actually afford the treatment it was almost too late for our baby. Dr. Holt and his staff were amazing. They let us come by everyday..sometimes more than once just to look at him thru the glass windown and made him feel as thou they truely cared about him. Dr. Holt is AWESOME! Dr. Holt and his staff are extremely capable and compassionate. I use them for all my furry, four-legged babies and also utilize them to kennel my animals when I am on vacation. They come back more spoiled than when I left them!!! Dr. Holt is the ONLY vet that can give my extremely ill-natured Siamese a shot!!!! He really knows how to handle animals. He and his staff are a HUGE blessing to me and are so understanding and kind!
World Class Vet in Yadkinville, NC We love our pets more than words can express. We??ve had our animals in Vets in GA, AL & OK and we never had a more caring, compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian as Dr. Holt. Dr. Holt is complimented by an absolutely outstanding staff who share his compassion and work ethic. I wouldn't trust my animals with anyone else.
Love Dr. Holt I have taken my cats to Dr. Holt for several years now and he has never been anything but wonderful. He is very gentle with the animals and has a broad knowledge base. Some of the other staff, however, are not the greatest. The woman at the front desk, for example (the one who smacks her gum while she's talking to you), comes off very rude sometimes. Overall, it's a good veterinary office, but Dr. Holt could improve it with some better staff.
Nice people I took my pets there for a while and decided to get one of them fixed. When I came to pick her up the next day I had an extra charge from where my pet had been pregnant and they terminated the pregnancy. I was VERY upset. They said this was standard procedure and thats why I wasn't notified. This has bothered me ever since and I no longer take my animals there. Caring man We have had to use Dr. Holt on more then one emergency situations when our normal vet is out of town or busy and he always provides great, caring service to our animals.. we appreciate his help even though we do not normally take our animals to his office..
