I made a very fatal mistake in allowing these people to treat my cat inpatient for 6 days and believed the daily updates I was given. Was told every day by Dr. Brandy Grubbs that he was showing improvement. Tests were done and issues needing medication were not treated, major problems ignored such as no bowel movements, tests that should have been done weren't. I called weeks ago to schedule to have my cat spayed and all her shots. The day and time they gave me was August 25 at 10:00 am...I arrive at 9:45 this morning (August 25th) only to be told I wasn’t in the system. Just another case of incompetent people. Another case of people not doing their job. If I didn’t call you as you claimed why did I go immediately to the calendar on my phone and made a note to remind me. I personally drive 45 mins to go to this vet. Brandy is a wonderful caring person and always acts like she remembers my fur babies even if she really doesn't and they love her.
Dr Holt is the best - Cows have no respect for late nights, weekends or Holidays. We’ve been farming for 40 years and he has never failed to come when called or needed, rain, snow, sleet regardless he comes. He is patient with the animals and through in his work. Yadkin County is blessed to have him.
