Have used Dr. Holt for 20 years. We have cats, dogs, goats and llamas. He has taken care of all our animals. Wonderful. The best Vet we have ever used

Dr. Holt is great! The older blonde lady at the front desk is extremely rude. She did not book scheduled surgery we had for our dog and has a bad attitude every time I come in. Customer service is so important. Would give 5 stars if it was not for the front desk customer service. If it was not for Dr. Holt we would definitely have changed Vets by now.
Terrible customer service at the front desk and they do not care about your animal, they're only care is meeting their financial goals for the month, and if that means giving your animal unnecessary treatment, at your expense, they will do it, without your knowledge, or consent and will not release your pet until the treatment that you weren't even informed of is paid for in full. They don't care at all. They are simply out for profit and your pet is just another number
Recently we had to put our small dog to sleep after 17 years. He was one of our family members. The staff there were wonderful as this was one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make. They went beyond what was expected in making us feel like he was the most special doggy in the world. At his passing the staff made it so dignified and we took him home for burial. Thank you all for your love and compassion for our special one and us.
Best vet in town, if your pets get sick after hours you can still get a vet at this office. The staff is always helpful and kind. If they can't answer your questions they will take your number and call you back. Sometimes I do feel sorry for the lady on the front desk, she is doing the job of two people...The Doc needs to get her some help.
We have used Yadkin Veterinary for years and would not think of using anyone else. Our pets are treated so well and the great service starts as you walk thru the front door. We like that we see the same faces each time, not a big turn over in help, that says something about the Dr. and staff!!
Amazing staff, just as amazing interns and new workers. Dr.Holt is great. Have never had a problem when taking in a pet.
