I really appreciate the simple nature of the Yadkin Valley Motor dealership. They don’t have all the glitz and glamour or extra fees that comes with many of the newer dealerships. Instead, they focus on making a good deal with a personal touch. I had a great experience at Yadkin Valley Motor Company! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they had me in and out in under an hour. The team was friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. It’s so nice to find a place that respects your time while also doing quality work. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service needs!
I took my First Explorer in because a RED Warning Light had come on. My car only has 42,000 miles, so it is still under factory warranty. They had to hook it up to a computer that would diagnose the problem. The computer didn't find a problem, so therefore I had to pay the entire computer diagnostics fee of $392!!! This dealership didn't honor the Ford Factory Warranty(which should have cost me $100 at most). I did what Ford told me to do! I took the car in as it recommended.
