I would recommend my hometown Ford dealership, Yadkin Valley Ford, to anyone. Not only are they ione of the oldest dealerships around, they have excellent customer service. I have purchased several new Fords and Lincoln’s from them and have had a wonderful experience each time. I have always used them to service my vehicles because they are trustworthy and dependable. Parts, service, business office and sales are excellent.
John Jr. done an Outstanding job selling me a car. I would definitely work with him again. I would recommend someone else to him. Very friendly. He wasn’t pushy to make a sale. No extra fees.
I made the appointment to have the oil changed tires rotated and battery checked. I arrived at the scheduled time , service manager greeted me with a smile and calling me by my name I gave him my keys and went to the lounge. Then 45 minutes later service was completed also informed everything checked out great no issues.
