Yadain Co. should stop selling the entire site (price reduction) until they can fix their delivery infrastructure. I've been waiting over two months for the product I ordered in the middle of September. Selling a great product online but failing to deliver is a gap they must correct. Sending emails that "We haven't forgotten you" isn't sufficient. If you purchase on their website, don't expect to receive the product in a timely manner. They should disclose delivery times of 4-6 weeks to be honest with the consumer. No one ... read more

I’ve been ordering products from Yadain for over 3 years now and I love what they have to offer, however; their customer service will now prevent me from ever supporting their business again. Today I had to call them about some concerns I had with products I ordered and I was intimidated to even make the call because the last few times I called, (over the course of a few years), it never ends well.
