I think its time for me to stop being delusional and just let this company go for good. I love their products so much that I still order from them knowing I wont get any tracking info , it wont arrive for atleast a month, they never answer the phone or respond to emails. I don't know how the business operates this way after years of the same crap. A+ products with horrible customer service and false promises.

Yadain Co. should stop selling the entire site (price reduction) until they can fix their delivery infrastructure. I've been waiting over two months for the product I ordered in the middle of September. Selling a great product online but failing to deliver is a gap they must correct. Sending emails that "We haven't forgotten you" isn't sufficient. If you purchase on their website, don't expect to receive the product in a timely manner. They should disclose delivery times of 4-6 weeks to be honest with the consumer. No one ... read more

I’ve been ordering products from Yadain for over 3 years now and I love what they have to offer, however; their customer service will now prevent me from ever supporting their business again.
