Best Dr I have ever had. My kids started seeing her as teen ages and loved her too
The office staff is fabulous . They greet you with a smile when you walk in and take care of you immediately . Always a great experience.👍
Dr. Yacoob was one of the worst doctor visit experience. No bedside manners. Very bad office and they even messed up billing. Horrible experience. Never going back.
I’ve been with Dr. Yacoob for about 25years and I just love her to death!! However, her office staff are incompetent to say the least and I hate their lack of manner with burning passion. If she is with different office Dr. Yacoob is a solid 5 but her hideous office is a hard to ignore. For that reason I had to give her 4.
This office is absolutely ridiculous. I and my two sisters have been calling all week regarding a refill for a prescription our elderly mother needs. After several calls, someone finally called us back and said Dr. Yacoob wouldn't refill it without a followup. My mom only has a few days left of the prescription so they said they'd prescribe a week's worth until she could come in for a follow-up next week.
