Absolutely amazing service from Ben at yacht grot. Went out of his way to help out by personally delivering a replacement anchor windlass to Rottnest.
Called at 12:15 and got "good morning". Corrected with "Good afternoon". Asked when the business closed. "12:29". Said I was coming. Got there at "12:27" to a "sorry closed" sign. Clearly didn't want my business. If you're not interested in helping your customers it's time to close permanently. Grot by name. Swine by nature. Goodbye.
Got all the bits you might need, and all the bits you don't, too. Staff are great and know their stuff!
The team are always super patient and helpful. Highly recommend
