Couldn't have been less helpful. Condescending and aloof. Very keen to regale me with his vast knowledge ( superfluous to my enquiry) , and lecture me on what I should be doing rather than actually listen to my enquiry - all this whilst standing there with my wallet in my hand trying to spend money.
