If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. The manager and the hostess had no clue how to do their jobs! We were refused service by the manager after complaining about the hostess NOT EVEN WRITING OUR NAMES DOWN. We wasted an hour of our time waiting for our names to be called. The hostess made rude comments to our family and once I addressed the comments made by the hostess, the manager made rude remarks as well. If you like being treated terribly, try this place out!! We would've never considered this place if the other ... read more

Worst service I've ever gotten from a food establishment, and we didn't even get to eat because the manager decided to kick us out and refuse to serve us rather than admit their mistake when the hostess even said she forgot to write our names down. 50 years old almost and I've never been kicked out of an establishment. I'd give it a ZERO but there's no option for that. Can't give an opinion on the food, but the service and attitudes are horrible.

Too bad there is no -star rating, a one star rating is generous. The manger/owner is beyond rude, her behavior was very embarrassing. We use to love having meals here, as the food is always great. But her demeanor is very souring. We went there in June, we had made reservations, only to be told when we got there, the kitchen was shut down. Seriously!! Then today, we went, asked how long the wait would be, hatefully & rudely we were told they had no idea. It will be a long time before we go back.

My crab cake sandwich was wonderful and the mango tea was yummy. My hubby was in love with the oyster and shrimp po-boy. Just can't get that in WV. We'll be back.

6 people at dinner, 3 meals were returned as inedible, 2 other diners were sick after dinner, 1 dinner was fine. Won't go back.

We've eaten at the Yarch Basin Eatery many times. It's our go to place for lunch after church. The waiter remembered us from the first time we are there and knows our drink preferences. We usually order the same things - calamari and shrimp tacos but we've ordered other things also and never had a bad meal.

Holy moldy. And I mean moldy. 6 people at dinner, 1 good meal. 1 vomited, 1 had diarrhea. I ordered a Cobb salad. They had the audacity to serve it with a unripe avocado, slimey (spoiled and runny) bleu cheese, and a hard boiled egg that had been cooked for at least 1/2 hour. It's a freaking salad. One meal was old, spoiled grouper that was fried to hide the fact that it was so old. This place should be embarrassed to serve their overpriced trash they call food. The chef even refused to come out and discuss our meal. I went ... read more

If you are standing in line to eat at the Provision Company, you are seriously missing out on true Coastal Carolina food. The Service was spot-on. We had the grouper fingers and shrimp basket. Strawberry Margarita and Peach Mojito. There isn't a bad seat in the house. Great music too!
