Hi everyone. I wana write first thing that I have been working in Customer service for 10 years now. So it hurts me to say that I did not expected this kind of Customer Service from Y2K nails . I have beeen going there for more than two years. My husband also goes with me sometimes. Ken did my manicure pedicure like 3-4 days ago. I got shellac and it started coming off litterally.
