Had a Pick up today for a friend who lives in St. Louis. Needed some information after hours. Messaged three of the employees that I knew personally and all three of them responded within 10 minutes. Now that’s personal service!
To be told I've never been more humiliated in my life than today when I was told that the transmission I personally installed was wrong- I'm a ASE certified mechanic and have been doing my job for over 45 years. The man who "helped" me today Jeff Faulkner basically called me illiterate and that I don't know how to do MY job; that it was installation error.
